Rachel, a Louisiana native from Mandeville, has been a familiar face on “The Price Is Right” since 2003. A former Track and Field athlete at LSU, she transitioned her athleticism into a successful modeling career and has been featured on the cover of FitnessRX magazine six times. She has also made appearances on “The Bold and the Beautiful,” “How I Met Your Mother,” multiple Emmy Awards broadcasts, and the film “Jack and Jill”.
Rachel enjoys a rich family life with her husband, former MLB player David Dellucci, and their daughter, Ruby. The family loves the outdoors, from backyard sports to fishing, and they share their home with a rescue dog, Sophie, and a pet rabbit, Midnight. Rachel also finds time to play tennis with friends.
After over 21 years on TPIR, Rachel holds the unique honor of handing Bob Barker his microphone during his final episode and passing it to Drew Carey for his first, marking her special place in the show’s history.
What do you typically do when not taping THE PRICE IS RIGHT?
There is no place like home! I love spending time with my family and friends in Louisiana. We enjoy being outside. We’re always out in the backyard, whether David and Ruby are playing football / softball and I’m having to shag balls, or fishing in the lake in the backyard. One of our favorite summer activities is tubing on the river, and we love to go to all the LSU sporting events.
What is your favorite thing about being a model on The PRICE IS RIGHT?
Every day is new and exciting, giving away amazing prizes to complete strangers! It’s the greatest feeling! Our audience and the atmosphere on stage is electrifying! After more than two decades on the show, I remain as excited as ever to be part of a team that brings joy to audiences across the country every single day.
Since joining THE PRICE IS RIGHT, do you have a favorite moment or prize?
My favorite games on the show are “Cover Up” and “Three Strikes,” and I cherish the many special episodes I’ve been a part of, including Veterans Day specials, Halloween shows and those where my family has joined me on stage.
When thinking of your favorite restaurant, what would you order there?
When it comes to food, my current favorite is sushi.
What is your ideal vacation?
My ideal vacation would be to Alaska, a place I’ve never been before, but one that appeals to my family’s love for the outdoors. The thought of exploring the natural beauty and wilderness of Alaska excites me.
